A big share of our Surprise jobs are downsizing moves out of Sun City Grand and the other 55+ communities on that side of town — a family clearing out a parent’s four-bedroom into a two-bedroom patio home, or moving them into assisted living and needing the leftover furniture handled separately. Crews go slower on these on purpose, sorting keep-donate-store as we pack instead of just loading everything onto one truck.
Pricing works the same whether it’s an hourly job or a flat downsizing move: $129/hr for two movers, $169/hr for three, $209/hr for four, $45/hr each additional, or flat rates $450–$1,450 depending on how much is actually moving. Nothing gets renegotiated once the truck’s loaded — the walkthrough number is the invoice number.
What a Surprise Move Runs
A two-mover crew starts at $129/hr, three movers run $169/hr, four run $209/hr — or Ray Delgado walks the job first and writes down one flat number you can hold him to
The rate doesn’t change whether the address is in Surprise, a starter home behind a block wall, or a two-story on a golf-course lot — basic coverage and the same one-number promise are already built into every figure Bargain Moving gives you, and nothing gets tacked on once the crew’s finished loading.
