Terms of Service

The terms behind every quote and move.

This is the same request that kicks off Ray’s Price-Lock walkthrough — a flat rate written down on the spot, and it’s still the number on your invoice come move day. He or Nadia calls you back personally about your Phoenix move, never a rerouted call-center rep.

These terms of service govern your use of bargainmoving.net and the moving services offered by Bargain Moving, a licensed and insured moving company based in Phoenix, AZ. By requesting a quote or booking a move with us, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and Pricing

Flat-rate quotes are based on the information provided at your in-home or video walkthrough, including inventory, access conditions, and move date. Once written down at the walkthrough, the flat rate does not change on move day regardless of how the job runs, provided the scope described at the walkthrough matches what actually needs to move. Local hourly moves are billed at the rates in effect at time of booking.

Deposits and Scheduling

A deposit is required to hold your move date and is credited toward your final invoice. Cancellations or reschedules should be made as early as possible so we can release the date for other customers.

Insurance and Liability

Basic released-value protection is included on every move. Additional replacement-cost coverage is available and reviewed with you at the walkthrough. Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to the coverage option selected at booking.

Interstate Moves

Bargain Moving holds US DOT and MC authority on file for interstate moves. Arizona does not issue a state-level moving license, so no such license is claimed for intrastate work.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurately describing inventory and access conditions (stairs, elevators, parking, loading-dock windows) at the walkthrough, and for disclosing hazardous or restricted items in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Nine Years Quoting Moves For Someone Else Taught Ray What Not To Do

The Number We Write Down Is The Number You Pay

“I spent nine years walking into people’s living rooms as an in-home estimator for a national van line, writing down a number, then watching it get renegotiated upward once the truck actually showed up. I opened Bargain Moving in 2013 on the opposite rule: whatever I write down at your walkthrough is what lands on the invoice. No fees discovered halfway through loading, no surprise revision once the truck’s sitting in your driveway.”
Ray Delgado
Owner · Bargain Moving

One Number. Written Down. Never Renegotiated.

You’re dealing directly with the man who owns the trucks. Ray built Bargain Moving around one habit from his nine years quoting other people’s moves: write the number down at the walkthrough, and never touch it again once you’ve signed.
